What is This?

This is an examples of a technical instruction that I wrote in my professional career. This instruction demonstrates my abilities to accurately and professionally compose detail oriented instructions for technical peers.

Title: “Adding a New Mac OS 10.5 to MS Active Directory”

Purpose: These Instructions were created as operational procedure for adding all new Apple Mac Computers to the Microsoft Active Directory domain infrastructure prior to delivery to the client. The instructions were used by several technicians as a resource and step-by-step guide to the process of adding a new Mac’s to the Active Directory Domain Service prior to client delivery.
