What is This?
These are a few examples of some technical instructions that I have written throughout my professional career. These instructions demonstrate my abilities to accurately and professionally compose detail-oriented instructions for technical peers and non-technical clients.
Title: “Adding a Existing Mac OS 10.5 to MS Active Directory”
Purpose:
These instructions were created for an in house project of adding all the deployed Apple Mac Computer to the Microsoft Active Directory domain infrastructure. The instructions were used by several technicians as a resource and step-by-step guide to the process of adding an end users Mac to the Active Directory Domain Service.

Title: “Adding a New Mac OS 10.5 to MS Active Directory”
Purpose:
These instructions were created as operational procedure for adding all new Apple Mac Computers to the Microsoft Active Directory domain infrastructure prior to delivery to the client. The instructions were used by several technicians as a resource and step-by-step guide to the process of adding a new Mac to the Active Directory Domain Service prior to client delivery.

Title: “End User Instructions for XP SP3 SMS Install”
Purpose:
Microsoft’s Systems Management Server was being used to push out the XP Service Pack 3 Update to the clients that required the update. These Instructions were created as an overview of the expected experience that end-user will encounter. The end users were not expected to have advanced technical skills thus the instructions were written to reduce tensions the client could experience in this automated upgrade process.
